Scan2Move introduces the innovative new system to control the moving process. By using the Scan2Move solution, you can create a digital inventory list of all items being moved. There are 3 stages in our system: Loading, Mid-Scan and Unloading.
The information from all three of these stages is loaded on our server, where all the appropriate parties have access with unique usernames and passwords. Further, the Scan2Move system has the ability to translate inventory lists from one language to another with the push of a button. In case there are damaged items, it’s very easy to see at which stage of the process the damage occurred, clarifying the responsibility between the moving company and transferee, as well as between the internal parties during the move. To make accessing the data more convenient, all data is stored in the cloud.
